About Hilshi
Hilshi is an Indian clothing and lifestyle brand operating through its online platform. Throughout these Terms, “Hilshi”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the brand Hilshi, and “you” refers to the user or customer accessing the Platform.
Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. Misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Platform may result in suspension or termination of access.
Product Information
We strive to display product details, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors or appearance may slightly vary due to lighting, screen resolution, or manufacturing differences.
Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Hilshi reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid using the available online payment methods.
Exchange Policy
Hilshi offers exchange only. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
No returns or refunds are permitted. Once an order is placed and delivered, no money-back requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform including designs, logos, images, text, graphics, and branding elements are the property of Hilshi. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Hilshi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or products purchased. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
Termination
Hilshi reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if a user is found violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
